IP PBX

IP PBX (or iPBX) is an IP based version of a conventional Private Branch Exchange (PBX). Most of the features (e.g. free calls between the connected subscribers, call forwarding, parking) that people are dependent on can be provided by a single cost effective and reliable server unit. Conventional PBX hardware, expensive to buy and maintain, can be removed from customers' offices.

IP PBX systems also make possible the benefits of Cross-Site Interconnection.

Hosted IP PBX: IP Centrex

IP Centrex is the service whereby all call features (such as voicemail, transfer, conferencing etc) are hosted at the NetFuse datacentre. Customers can then connect low-cost hardware over standard networks to their hosted NetFuse account for a fully managed, self-maintaining service. We offer our IP Centrex services or 'line features' on an individual basis, such as:

Teleconferencing

Our online telecon service allows up to 30 participants to 'dial in' to a single teleconference. NetFuse provides toll-free international numbering so that your customers and colleagues can easily access the service, while you simply pay a basic cost for each participant.

Voicemail

We provide a full voicemail service - particularly useful if you have an outage, or would like to easily check your voicemail on the move, without opening up the Voicemail service as a whole on your company PBX.

Fax-to-email

All our lines come with fax-to-email capability, allowing you to save paper and manage junk faxes, while continuing to use traditional fax services.

Numbering

NetFuse provide VoIP terminating numbers across the UK and over 5,000 cities. Please see our Numbering page for details and to order.
